  • Berth holders are required to carry valid hull and liability insurance
  • Larger vessels of 100’ or more will be required to dock Mediterranean style on the outer perimeter docks as directed by marina staff
  • A representative of each vessel must sign a marina contract on arrival agreeing to abide by marina rules
  • Berth holders are expected to avoid leaving trash on the docks and must place trash in containers provided or as otherwise directed
  • No cooking facilities may be used on the docks at any time
  • Berth holders must act in a manner that does not negatively impact other users
  • All bills must be paid prior to departure

CANCELLATION POLICY

All initial 25% deposits are non-refundable.

  • If cancellation is made 30 days or more before date of your expected arrival, 50% of total amount will be refunded.
  • If less than 30 days, no refund will be made.

What are the 4 steps to complete my reservation?

  • STEP 1 - Complete the reservation request form on our website
  • STEP 2 - Pending availability, Caroline Bay Marina will review and approve your reservation request and send an email with instructions on how to make a deposit
  • STEP 3 - Send us a deposit payment by wire transfer
  • STEP 4 - Upon receipt of deposit, we will email you a reservation confirmation number.

What services does Caroline Bay Marina provide?:

Caroline Bay Marina will provide an array of activities for Marina clients beyond the services listed. It is expected that CBM will be at or near capacity during the AC period. There may be some limitations such as with electric supply that may require staggering of supply during peak periods.

  • Power (varying power voltages and wattage) 110 - 125V - 208 v (3 phase) - 480 v (3 phase) (extra fee will apply) - vessel generators may be run when necessary
  • Water
  • Black water pump-out (limited stations) may require movement to pumping station
  • Wifi and wired telecommunications
  • Trash disposal
  • Concierge Services
  • Assistance with provisioning
  • Fuel (will require movement to full length dock near marina docks)
  • For SuperYachts, piers are also available for tenders (extra cost will apply)
  • Customs and Immigrations assistance on site

Are there any additional events or service being provided during the America’s Cup Race (AC35)?

Yes, additional events and services provided during AC35 are as follows:

  • VIP access for marina clients to enjoy the AC35 races from a position on the race course aboard the 157 ft sailing yacht Arabella with an expert narrator of AC35 history and match racing (Additional fees will apply)
  • An array of activities which will include evening cruises aboard hosted by local executives and dignitaries aboard the Arabella. A full list of exciting activities will be sent to all clients by Feb 201.

How is my rate calculated?

The rate is calculated based on length of your vessel (in feet) as follows:

AMERICA’S CUP RATE (April - June 30, 2017)
  • 20 - 79 ft Vessels: $5.00 per ft per day
  • 80 - 300 ft Vessels: $10.00 per ft per day
SHORT TERM RATE (less than 30 days)
  • All Vessels : $5.00 per ft per day
LONG TERM RATE (30 days or more)
  • All Vessels : $0.70 per ft per day
ANNUAL RATE (365 days or more)
  • All Vessels : $0.59 per ft per day

What is Caroline Bay Marina’s cancellation policy?

What should I do once I have sent my deposit?

Once your wire has sent successfully, please send an email to manager@carolinebaymarina.com with an image (JPG or PDF) of your confirmation document that displays your confirmation number so that we can track your incoming payment.

Will you notify me once you have received my deposit?

Yes. You will automatically be sent an email confirmation once your deposit has been received and recorded.

When is your deposit and/or final payment due?

A 25% deposit is required to complete your reservation

The full balance is to be paid no later than 30 days after deposit is made

What if I’m making this reservation within 30 days or less of my expected arrival?

If you are making a reservation within 30 days or less of your expected arrival date, 100% of total cost must paid to complete your reservation.
